The mandate of this project was to design the architectural plans for a custom residence located along the Lièvre River. Featuring a walk‑out style, the home stands out with its vertical cladding, stone accents, and the richness of its exterior wood detailing.

With the desire to enjoy the outdoors year‑round, the clients played a central role in the design of a large lateral sunroom, conceived to maximize natural light while offering breathtaking views of the river.

The goal of the project was to create a home that is both inviting and warm, in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings.
